A very elegant pocket knife, this pattern is known locally as a "chicken knife" presumably for despatching them when they are ready for the table! It has an elongated nickel bolster and slim clip point blade. The handle is made from carefully selected South Pacific mother of pearl. The patterning on the backspring is carried onto the blade. A gorgeous knife to carry in the pocket.
