The end result is a knife that looks right and feels right. Where natural materials are used no two knives are exactly the same so each has its own personality. When choosing knives ordered on-line we pay particular attention to the look, so as to match as near as possible to the product photos.

When you buy a Sheffield knife, you are supporting the future of our Sheffield craftsmen and women.
If on receipt of your purchase you find any fault with one of our knives you have two options: a full refund or replacement.
If you want a full refund or a replacement please return the item within 14 days. We will also refund the cost of the return postage. When returning a faulty knife we would be grateful if you would contact us first to agree what class of postage is appropriate.

If used and maintained correctly our knives will outlast their owners. When we dispatch a knife we include advice on care and maintenance.
If a knife fails in normal use we will repair or replace it free of charge.
We have an in house knife sharpening service. If you need to get a keen edge back onto your knife we will be happy to provide this service free of charge – you only pay the postage. For more technical knives eg the Bushcraft knife, we can have the blade re-ground by the manufacturers, at an affordable price.
Within reason, we can also re-condition knives purchased from our website – for example removing surface tarnish from carbon steel blades, or re-pinning folding knives that have come loose through user abuse. We charge a modest price for these services.
